Ohio does not cap security deposits, requires the deposit (less itemized deductions) to be returned within 30 days after the lease ends and possession is delivered, and presumes 24 hours to be reasonable notice before a landlord enters.

In Ohio a landlord must serve a 3-day notice to leave the premises before filing an eviction, a tenant who breaches health and safety duties gets a 30-day notice to remedy, and a month-to-month tenancy ends with 30 days' notice before the periodic rental date.

An Ohio will must be signed at the end by the testator and attested by two competent witnesses, Ohio has no separate holographic will rule, and there is no statutory self-proving affidavit.
