Why we exist
Most legal paperwork is routine: renting a home, hiring a contractor, lending money to a friend, naming a guardian for your children.
Yet the documents are often hard to find, harder to read and expensive to have drafted from scratch. Too many people end up with a generic form that does not fit their situation, or no document at all.
Oakclause exists to close that gap. We turn common legal documents into guided questionnaires written in plain English, and we generate documents that are consistent, well formatted and tailored to the state where they will be used.
