- Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly wherever you share a link, as the FTC’s Endorsement Guides require.
- Do not describe Oakclause as a law firm or suggest our documents replace advice from an attorney.
- Do not bid on Oakclause brand terms in paid search or create sites that could be mistaken for ours.
- Do not send spam, use incentivized clicks or make claims about outcomes we cannot guarantee.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free to join. Applications are reviewed by hand, and we may decline sites that do not fit our audience or standards.
How are referrals tracked?
Approved partners receive personal links. A referral is credited when a visitor arrives through your link and completes a qualifying purchase within the tracking window set out in the program terms.
What can I link to?
Any public page: individual documents, category and topic pages, free tools like the amortization calculator, and articles in our resource library.
Can I write my own reviews or comparisons?
Yes, as long as they reflect your honest experience, you disclose the relationship, and you do not invent results, testimonials or endorsements.
